Bergent regularly conducts focus groups and depth interviews 'in the field'; at display homes, factories, shops, gaming venues, private homes, etc.  To ensure clients get the most value from these off-site sessions, we have portable closed circuit observation equipment and state-of-the-art recording equipment.  This means qualitative research is possible almost anywhere.
